Alfonso Núñez is an accomplished co-founder of Royal Realty Services for residential services and co-founder and Senior Partner at Commercial Partners, PSC for commercial services, boasting a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. With a successful real estate career spanning over a decade, Alfonso has established himself as a prominent industry leader. His contributions have earned him various accolades, including the prestigious Young Professional of the Year award in 2013 and the REALTOR® of the Year award in 2014, both awarded by the Caguas Board of REALTORS®, where he served as President in 2012 and Treasurer in 2011. Furthermore, Alfonso has held several other prominent positions, including Treasurer at the Association of REALTORS® of Puerto Rico in the years 2016, 2019, and 2020.
